摘要
三支柱模型在我国的一些先进大企业中成功建立后,受到企业管理者和人力资源从业者的广泛关注。当下,饲料企业的人力资源管理正处于转型的关键时期,三支柱模型的引入对饲料企业人力资源管理既是机遇也是挑战。本文通过三支柱模型主要特征及三支柱模型在企业中应用情况,对饲料企业人力资源管理在转型中运用三支柱模型的效果进行研究和剖析。
After the successful establishment of the three pillar model in some advanced large enterprises in China,it has been widely concerned by enterprise managers and human resources practitioners. At present,the human resource management of feed enterprises is in a critical period of transformation. The introduction of the three pillar model is both an opportunity and a challenge to the human resource management of feed enterprises. By discussing the main characteristics of the three pillar model and analyzing the application of the three pillar model in some enterprises,this paper studies and analyzes the effect of the three pillar model in the transformation of human resource management in feed enterprises.
