中小型饲料企业生产管理调度对企业绩效的影响

随着我国市场经济的进一步完善,企业之间的竞争日益激烈,提升企业管理能力和管理水平成为增强企业竞争力的重要手段。在各企业经营活动中,企业生产环节是实现企业内部资源有效转化为消费者产品的过程,对企业生产环节进行管理调度对实现企业生产管理具有十分重要作用,不仅能提升企业的生产效率,优化企业的生产节奏,还能保障企业的生产安全,有利于企业长远经营。一般而言,企业具有良好的生产管理调度能力,则企业具有更好的绩效水平。饲料企业作为我国国民经济的重要产业之一,对我国农业生产、畜牧养殖具有重要影响,但饲料行业目前以中小型规模为主,极大影响了我国饲料产业的综合绩效。因此,本文以中小型饲料企业为研究对象,探究中小型饲料企业生产管理调度对企业绩效的影响,为我国饲料行业管理水平提升提供理论价值。

With the further improvement of China’s market economy,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,improving the management ability and management level of enterprises has become an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In all the business activities of enterprise’s production is to reach the company internal resources effectively into the process of consumer products,carry on the management to the enterprise production scheduling is to realize the enterprise production management plays a very important role,not only can improve enterprise efficiency,optimize the enterprise production rhythm,can guarantee the production safety of the enterprise,is advantageous to the long-term operation of the enterprise. Generally speaking,enterprises with good production management and scheduling ability will have better performance level. As one of the important industries in China’s national economy,feed enterprises have an important impact on China’s agricultural production and animal husbandry. However,most of the feed industry enterprises are mainly small and medium-sized,and the performance level of many small and medium-sized feed enterprises greatly affects the comprehensive performance of China’s feed industry. Therefore,this paper takes small and medium-sized feed enterprises as the research object,explores the impact of production management scheduling of small and medium-sized feed enterprises on enterprise performance,and provides theoretical value for improving the management level of China’s feed industry.
