The fierce market competition increasingly requires companies to implement differentiated marketing strategies and identify product positioning. According to the definition and elaboration of Michael Porter,Philip Kotler and other scholars,the focus of differentiated marketing strategy is to find the specific needs of customers and achieve precise positioning. Common marketing differentiation strategies include product differentiation,service differentiation,and personnel Differentiation,channel differentiation and image differentiation strategy.
