摘要 激烈的市场竞争越来越要求企业实施差异化营销策略,找准产品定位。根据迈克尔波特、菲利普·科特勒等学者的定义和阐述,差异化营销策略的重点在于找到客户的特定需求,实现精准定位,常见的营销差异化策略有产品差异化、服务差异化、人员差异化、渠道差异化和形象差异化。饲料企业要通过差异化营销策略打造不一样的产品、服务,组建自己的队伍,找准渠道,做好形象设计,才能做好精准营销,为产品找到细分市场。 The fierce market competition increasingly requires companies to implement differentiated marketing strategies and identify product positioning. According to the definition and elaboration of Michael Porter,Philip Kotler and other scholars,the focus of differentiated marketing strategy is to find the specific needs of customers and achieve precise positioning. Common marketing differentiation strategies include product differentiation,service differentiation,and personnel Differentiation,channel differentiation and image differentiation strategy. Feed companies must use differentiated marketing strategies to create different products and services,build their own staff,find the right channels,and do a good job in image design,so that they can do a good job in precision marketing and find market segments for their products.
