新态势下大学生创新创业与生态饲料产业融合发展路径探析

An analysis of the integrated development path of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship and ecological feed industry under the new situation

目前,我国饲料产业发展迅速,产量较大,连续多年位居世界前列,但国内饲料产业生态化发展仍需进一步提高品质,增强市场竞争力。造成国内生态饲料产业竞争力不强的主要原因有以下几点:一是饲料产业生态发展创新度不够,核心技术缺乏,高科技项目转化率低,导致生态饲料产业缺乏较强的市场竞争力;二是生态饲料企业创新发展需要一定的人才基础,就目前国内高校培养情况看,饲料专业大学生实际从事饲料行业的人数不多,且专业度不高,缺乏有效的人才供给;三是大学生创新创业培养项目确立与实际的饲料市场需求有一定差距,没有做好衔接。从理论上讲,实现大学生创新创业和生态饲料产业的深入融合,不仅能提高大学生创新创业的有效培养,还能促进生态饲料产业的大力发展。本文基于生态饲料产业的价值与发展困境,对大学生创新创业与生态饲料产业融合发展的困境和机遇进行分析,进一步对新态势下大学生创新创业与生态饲料产业融合发展路径进行了深入探析。

At present,China’s feed industry has developed rapidly and its output is large,ranking in the forefront of the world for many years,but the ecological development of the domestic feed industry still needs to further improve its quality and enhance its market competitiveness. The main reasons for the weak competitiveness of the domestic ecological feed industry are as follows :first,the ecological development innovation degree of the feed industry is not enough,the core technology is lacking,and the conversion rate of high-tech projects is not high,leading to the lack of strong market competitiveness of the ecological feed industry;Second,the innovation and development of ecological feed enterprises need a certain talent foundation. In terms of the current training situation of domestic colleges and universities,the number of feed major college students actually engaged in the feed industry is not much,and the professional degree in the industry is not high enough,and the lack of effective talent supply;Third,there is a certain gap between the project establishment of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training and the actual feed market demand,and there is no good connection. Theoretically,the deep integration of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship and ecological feed industry can not only improve the effective training of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship,but also promote the development of ecological feed industry. Based on the value and development dilemma of ecological feed industry,this paper analyzes the dilemma and opportunity of the integrated development of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship and ecological feed industry,and further analyzes the integrated development path of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship and ecological feed industry under the new situation.
