摘要
基于对张家港XL五金制品公司员工的薪酬现状和满意度的调研分析,探讨苏南小微企业在薪酬管理中普遍存在的问题,从物质激励和非物质激励两方面提出了适合小微企业的薪酬激励策略,为企业发挥人才潜能、提升核心竞争力、突破发展瓶颈提供保障。
From the perspective of salary management in micro and small enterprises,the author investigates and analyzes the salary status and satisfaction of employees in Zhangjiagang XL Hardware Products Company in order to help enterprises establish a scientific salary system,to realize the positive incentive effect of salary system and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
