摘要
近年来,预包装食用酵素产品因其具有多种生物活性和一定的保健功效而受到人们的广泛关注。但由于该产品在我国的研究尚处于起步阶段,检验标准体系尚不完善,使得企业标签标识存疑较多,产品标识混乱,给监管部门甚至酵素行业的发展带来了极大困扰。标签作为外界了解食用酵素产品的直观载体,具有十分显著的意义。根据食品标签标识相关国家标准和红头文件,对食用酵素产品标识的内容逐一进行了解析,并针对监管部门、消费者、标准制定部门、生产者等方面存在的问题进行分析,同时对酵素产品标签标识的发展进行了展望。
In recent years, prepackaged edible enzyme products have attracted wide attention due to their various biological activities and certain health benefits. However, the research of this product in China is still in the initial stage, and the inspection standard system is not perfect, which makes the label identification of enterprises more doubtful, product identification confusion, and brings great trouble to the development of the regulatory authorities and even the enzyme industry.Labels, as an important intuitive carrier for the outside world to understand edible enzyme products, are of great significance. In this paper, the contents of food enzyme product labeling were analyzed one by one according to the relevant national standards and red documents, and the problems existing in supervision departments,consumers, standard setting departments and producers were analyzed. Meanwhile, the development of enzyme product labeling was prospected.
