东城区房屋综合管理平台设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Dongcheng District Housing Comprehensive Management Platform

房屋管理工作涉及多项民生关键领域,关乎群众切身利益,社会关注度高。近年来,城市精细化管理、非首都功能疏解、城市更新改造等对东城区房屋管理工作提出了更高的要求。为了满足新形势下房屋管理的需要、转变政府服务理念、提升房屋管理水平,在深入了解东城区住建委各科室业务流程及房屋相关数据的基础上,提出了东城区房屋综合管理平台的构建方案,并阐述了平台数据库构建和平台实现的关键技术,实现了房屋相关业务管理、房屋数据统计分析和共享。

House management involves in key areas of livelihood and vital interests of the massesin high social attention.Recently,urban fine management,non-capital function dispersal,urban renewal all put higher requirement for house management in Dongcheng District.In order to meet the needs of house management under the new situation,transform government service concept,improve estate management level,on the basic of in-depth understanding of the departmental business processes and housing-related data.This paper put forward a housing comprehensive management platform construction scheme and expounded the key technologies of database construction and platform implementation,realizing the estate related business management,estate data statistical analysis and sharing.
