国土空间规划城市体检评估中城区范围划定的济南实践

The Practice of Delimination of Jinan Urban Area under Urban Examination and Assessment of Land Spatial Planning

为了有效支撑国土空间规划城市体检评估工作,采用第三次全国国土调查成果、最新遥感影像数据、专项调查数据、兴趣点大数据等多种数据结合外业调查的方式,开展了济南市城区范围划定实践,首次划定了城区实体地域范围和最终城区范围。结合济南市城市特点,针对相关特殊情况进行了分析讨论。研究表明,该城区范围划定方法具有可操作性和应用推广的价值。

In order to support the urban examination and assessment of landspatial planning,The delimination of Jinan urban area was carried outwith the data of Third NationalLand Resource Survey,the latest remote sensing images,the special investigation data,the big data of POI,and field investigation.The boundaries of physical urban area and final urban area were successfully extracted firstly,and the special situations combined with characteristics of Jinan was analyzed and discussed.The results showed that the urban area identification method was feasible and valuable for application and popularization.
