摘要
南水北调工程是造福人民,功在当今、利在千秋的重大调水工程.南水北调中线工程自2014年开通运水之后,有力促进受水区城市经济发展、居民满意度提升、生态环境营造、绿色生态转型等,使城市经济有了质的提升.通过融入水资源要素,本文设计包含5个一级指标,28个二级指标的受水区高质量发展评价指标体系进行熵值分析.实证结果显示,南水北调中线工程有力地促进了河南省受水区11个城市经济高质量发展.
The south-to-north water diversion project is a major water diversion project that will benefit the people today and future generations.Since the middle route of the south-to-north water diversion project began to transport water in 2014,it has greatly promoted the economic development of cities in the water receiving areas,improved residents’satisfaction,created an ecological environment,and transformed into a green ecological environment,thus making a qualitative improvement in the urban economy.By incorporating water resources factors,this paper designs an evaluation index system for high-quality development of water supply areas,which contains 5 first-level indicators and 28 second-level indicators,for entropy analysis.The empirical results show that the middle route of the south-to-north water diversion project has effectively promoted the high-quality economic development of 11 cities in the water-receiving areas of Henan province.
