摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是由猪感染非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)后引起的一种急性、出血性传染病,急性死亡率高达100%,给养猪业造成重大经济损失,迄今为止,尚未开发出有效的疫苗和治疗药物.本文从病原学、流行病学、感染与免疫应答以及病毒的防控等方面对ASFV进行综述,以期为ASFV的进一步研究提供参考.
African swine fever(ASF)is an acute,lethal,and hemorrhagic porcine infectious disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV)in pigs.The acute mortality rate is up to 100%,causing great economic losses to the swine industry.So far,there is no effective vaccine and medicine available for ASF.This paper reviews ASFV in terms of pathogenesis,epidemiology,infection,immune response,and control of the virus to provide reference for further studies of ASFV.
