Analysis of energy-saving and optimization of heat exchange station in central heating system

摘要 本文选取长春市内某热力企业的换热站及连接至热用户的管网为研究对象,并确定以能效指标为核心的换热站节能指标,建立基于层次分析法的节能指标模型.通过在供暖期内对运行数据的监测及整理从而对其进行能耗分析,确定换热站及二级管网供回水对节能不利的影响.通过对该系统热网安装泵阀联动系统、在二级管网处添加气候补偿器从而有效降低能耗.该工程在改造后每天减少热量约为2301.6 GJ,以最冷月31 d计算,可减少热量约71349.6 GJ,综合评价有显著提升.该模型可为相似的供热系统的节能改造提供一定的借鉴. A heat exchange station and pipe networks connected to hot users belong to a heating company in Changchun are selected as the research object in this paper,and the energy saving index of heat exchange station with energy efficiency index as the core is determined,then established an energy saving index model based on analytic hierarchy process.By monitoring and sorting the operation data during the heating period,the energy consumption of heat exchange station and secondary pipe network is analyzed.Then,the researcher determined the adverse effects of supply and return water of heat exchange station and secondary pipe network on energy saving.By installing pump-valve linkage system and adding climate compensator in the secondary pipe network,the energy consumption is effectively reduced.The heat of the project is reduced by about 2301.6 GJ per day after the transformation,and the heat can be reduced by about 71349.6 GJ by 31 days of the coldest month.This model can provide some reference for the energy-saving transformation of similar heating systems.
