摘要
针对太阳能供热系统中换热器二次网供水温度具有非线性、时滞性、控制精度低等缺点,设计变论域模糊PID控制器.建立了换热器的数学模型,设计变论域输入输出变量的伸缩因子和模糊PID控制器,使用Matlab中的Simulink搭建供热系统仿真模型,通过变论域模糊PID控制器调节变频器的频率,改变水泵转速,提高二次网供水温度精度.仿真结果表明,该控制方法具有调节速度快,控制精度高,抗干扰能力强等特点.
Aiming at the shortcomings of nonlinear,timedelay,and low control accuracy of secondary network water supply temperature of heat exchanger in solar heating system,Design variable domain fuzzy PID controller.Firstly,the mathematical model of heat exchanger is established.Secondly,the expansion factor and fuzzy PID controller of variable domain input and output variables are designed.Finally,the simulation model of heating system is built by Simulink in Matlab.The variable domain fuzzy PID controller is used to adjust the frequency of inverter,change the speed of pump,and improve the accuracy of secondary network water supply temperature.The simulation results show that the control method has the characteristics of fast adjustment speed,high control accuracy and strong anti-interference ability.
