摘要 建立了超级微波消解-ICP-OES法测定婴幼儿配方食品中8种营养元素的方法,并对前处理方法进行了优化,以5 m L硝酸、1 m L过氧化氢作为酸体系,采用超级微波消解法对婴幼儿配方食品进行前处理,采用ICP-OES法测定婴幼儿配方食品中8种营养元素,以有证标准物质考察方法的准确性。结果表明:8种元素在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数在0.99991~0.99999之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.6%~2.9%之间,8种营养元素的检测结果均在标准物质指定结果范围内,该方法准确、快速、方便,适用于婴幼儿配方食品中营养元素的测定。 A method for the determination of 8 minerals in infant and children formula by Ultrawave Digestion-Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer(ICP-OES)was established, and the pretreatment method was optimized. Using 5 mL nitric acid, 1 mL hydrogen peroxide as the acid system, the ultrawave digestion method was used to pretreat the infant and children formula. The ICP-OES method was used to determine the 8 minerals in the infant and children formula. The certified reference materials were used to inspect the accuracy of the method. The results showed a good linear relationship of the standard curve in a certain concentration range, correlation coefficient between 0.99991-0.99999, the relative standard deviation(RSD) of 0.6%-2.9%, the determination results of 8 minerals within the specified range of certified reference materials. This method is accurate, fast and convenient, and is suitable for the determination of minerals in infant and children formula.
