安溪茶叶生产发展瓶颈及高质高效技术对策

摘要 文章针对安溪县当前茶叶生产上所存在的如茶园种植不规范、施肥欠合理、耕作未到位、留养不科学、修剪不重视、生态修复错位等制约茶业可持续发展生产瓶颈,提出了茶叶高质高效发展技术对策:合理划区分级管理,涵养茶园优质产能;因地制宜改园改树,绿色提质持续发展;科学施肥合理耕作,实现降本提质增效;适度茶树修剪留养,培育良好树冠结构;多措并举培育,恢复茶山生态系统。为茶园科学管理水平提升和茶叶高质高效发展提供可行技术路径和强力技术支撑。 Several issues are restricting the sustainable development of the tea industry in Anxi County,such as unstandardized tea gardens,unreasonable fertilization&farming,unscientific retention,overlooked pruning,misplaced ecological restoration,etc.,.As a result,this study put forward technical countermeasures for high-quality and high-efficiency development of tea:rational zoning and hierarchical management,conserving high-quality production capacity of tea gardens;changing gardens and trees according to local conditions,and sustainable development of green quality;scientific fertilization and rational farming.The purpose is to achieve cost reduction and quality improvement;moderate tea tree pruning and retention,cultivate a good canopy structure;take multiple measures to cultivate and restore the tea mountain ecosystem.It is expected to provide feasible technical solutions and support for improving tea garden management and high-quality and high-efficiency development of tea.
