摘要
目的研制一种眼动脱敏训练仪,以解决目前通过外置光源引导患者进行眼动训练中存在的依从性不高、难以实时追踪及无法量化评估等问题,提高治疗效果。方法应用输出方式为虚拟现实(VR)眼镜的训练方案,使患者完全沉浸训练中,通过内置眼动追踪仪引导患者的眼动过程,并安装脑电传感器,实时收集患者的脑电和眼动信息,从而评估训练效果。结果研制的样机很好地解决了患者在眼动训练中存在的依从性不高、难以实时追踪和无法量化评估等问题,达到了预期的设计要求与技术指标。结论该眼动脱敏训练仪可快速、简单、安全、高效地实时干预创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)患者,减轻心理治疗医师的工作强度,可作为医院开展心理疾病治疗工作的有效仪器。
Objective A kind of eye movement desensitization training instrument was developed to solve the problems of poor compliance, difficult tracking in real time and unquantified evaluation in the eye movement training guided by external light source currently, so as to improve the therapeutic effect. Methods The output method was designed as the training program of the visual reality(VR) glasses, which enabled the patients to be completely immersed in the training. The patient’s eye movement process was guided by a built-in eye movement tracker, and electroencephalographic transducer were installed to collect real-time eye movement and electroencephalographic transducer data of patients, so as to evaluate the training effect. Results The prototype well solved the problems of patient compliance, real-time tracking and quantitative evaluation in eye movement training, and achieved the expected design requirements and technical indicators.Conclusion The eye movement desensitization training instrument can quickly, simply, safely and effi-ciently intervene post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) patients in real time, reduce the working intensity of psychotherapy physicians, and can be used as an effective instrument for the treatment of psychological diseases in hospitals.
