摘要
该研究阐述了生化分析仪加样的动作流程,根据加样针在加样过程中的运行轨迹分析其存在的折断风险和来源,并对目前加样针的结构和定位方式进行了研究,设计了一种新型加样针和定位装置,能够满足大中型全自动生化分析仪对加样针的稳定性要求,可行性高。
The operation flow of sample adding for biochemical analyzer was described, the risks and sources of breakage of the sampling probe were analyzed according to the running track of the sampling probe in the process of sampling. And then the structure and positioning mode of the current sampling probe were studied. As a result, the new sampling probe and positioning device were designed, which can meet the stability requirements of large and mediumsized automatic biochemical analyzers and was highly feasible.
