住院精神病患者血尿酸水平的调查

Investigation on the Level of Serum Uric Acid in Inpatients with Psychosis

目的调查住院精神病患者的血尿酸(SUA)水平和高尿酸血症(HUA)患病率。方法通过对319例住院精神病患者SUA水平的统计分析,了解患者SUA水平和HUA患病率的总体状况及组间差异。结果住院精神病患者HUA患病率为25.39%(81/319),高于国内普通人群流调结果。不同性别SUA水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但女性HUA患病率高于男性(P<0.05)。不同年龄SUA水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但老年组HUA患病率高于非老年组(P<0.05)。绝经前女性组的SUA水平和HUA患病率均低于绝经后女性组(P<0.05);绝经前女性组SUA水平低于男性组(P<0.05),但两组HUA患病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);绝经后女性组SUA水平与男性组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但HUA患病率高于男性组(P<0.05)。结论住院精神病患者HUA患病率较高,特别是绝经后女性的HUA患病率明显升高,而HUA与多种疾病密切相关,临床医师应给予足够的重视,建议合理使用降尿酸药物,加强生活方式指导。

Objective The level of serum uric acid(SUA) and the prevalence of hyperuricemia(HUA) in psychiatric inpatients were investigated. Methods The SUA levels of 319 inpatients with psychosis were counted and analyzed to understand the general situation and differences of the SUA levels and the prevalence of HUA among groups.Results The prevalence of HUA of psychiatric inpatients was 25.39%(81/319), which was higher than that of the general population. There was no significant difference in the SUA level for psychiatric inpatients of different genders(P>0.05), but the prevalence of HUA in women was higher than that in men(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the SUA level for psychiatric inpatients of different ages(P>0.05), but the prevalence of HUA in the group which was consisted of old inpatients was higher than that in the group which was consisted of young inpatients(P<0.05). The SUA level and prevalence of non menopausal women group were significantly lower than those of menopausal women group(P<0.05);The SUA level of non menopausal women group was lower than that of men group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the prevalence of HUA between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the SUA level between the menopausal women group and men group(P>0.05), but the prevalence of HUA in the menopausal women group was higher than that in the men group(P<0.05). Conclusions The prevalence of HUA in psychiatric inpatients is relatively high, especially in menopausal women.Because HUA is closely related to many diseases, clinicians should pay enough attention to it. It is suggested that clinicians should use drugs for reducing SUA reasonably and strengthen the guidance of life style.
