摘要
目的通过对多参数监护仪进行质量控制检测及结果分析,掌握设备的性能及运行状况,确保监护仪在使用过程中的使用质量安全。方法选取2019—2020年医院在用的363台多参数监护仪作为研究对象,分别于2019年12月和2020年12月对其进行质量控制检测,并于2019年12月针对检测发现的问题,改善现有多参数监护仪的管理流程,比较2019年和2020年多参数监护仪的总体合格率、各单项指标合格率。结果 2019年多参数监护仪的总体合格率、各单项指标合格率均低于2020年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对比连续2年多参数监护仪质量控制检测的各项参数状态,证明医疗设备使用中质量控制检测对于消除潜在安全隐患,保障设备的安全有效具有十分重要的作用。
Objective The quality control tests of multi-parameter monitors were carried out and the testing results were analyzed to grasp their performances and operation status to ensure the quality and safety of the monitors for clinical application. Methods 363 multi-parameter monitors in service in the hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected as the study objects, and the quality control tests for them were carried out in December 2019 and December 2020, respectively. The present management processes of multi-parameter monitors were improved based on the problems found out in the 2019 quality control tests. The overall qualified rate and the qualified rate of individual indicator of the multi-parameter monitors in 2019 and 2020 were compared. Results The overall qualified rate and the qualified rate of individual indicator of multi-parameter monitors in 2019 were all lower than those in 2020, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comparison of each indicator of the multi-parameter monitors for 2 consecutive years demonstrate that quality control testing play an important role in eliminating the security risks and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of medical devices in use.
