摘要
本文着重介绍了一款10000kW/6kV超大功率高压变频器的研制开发过程,本变频器采用水冷型散热技术,功率模块串联模式,大电流IGBT直接并联技术。着重介绍了电源进出线柜、变压器柜、功率柜、励磁柜、控制系统和水冷柜的设计方案和技术参数。本样机研发成功通过了测试和验证,并通过第三方型式试验。可给客户带来可观的经济效益和使用便利,使超大功率高压变频的国产替代空间逐步打开,能产生很好的社会效益。
This paper focuses on the research and development process of a 10000kW/6kV ultra-high power high voltage frequency converter.The frequency converter adopts water-cooled heat dissipation technology,power module series mode and high current IGBT direct parallel technolagy.The design scheme and technical parameters of power inlet and outlet cabinet,transformer cabinet,power cabinet,excitation cabinet,control system and water cooling cabinet are introduced.The prototype sucecessully passed the test and verification,and passed the third-party type test.It can bring considerable economic benefits and convenience to customers,gradually open the domestic alternative space of ultra-high power and high-voltage frequency conversion,and produce good social benefits.
