高职院校智能制造专业群人才培养模式和课程体系的研究

Research on Talent Training Model and Course System of Intelligent Manufacturing Professional Group in Higher Vocational Colleges

为了主动适应《中国制造2025》、成渝经济圈等国家战略发展要求,围绕的汽车整车、汽摩零部件、船舶装备、高档数控机床等支柱产业,专业与专业之间的融合也将是大势所趋,面对复合型技术技能人才培养的要求,专业群迎来深化内涵建设的挑战。构建适应区域经济的高职院校智能制造专业群人才培养模式,成为各高职院校校面临的共同问题。笔者进行了适应区域经济的智能制造人才培养模式的探索,升华专业群人才培养目标,修订人才培养方案,对课程体系进行优化。

In order to actively adapt to the recuirements of national strategic development such as Made in China 2025 and Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,the integration of specialty and specialty will be the general trend around the pllar industries such as automobile,automotive and motorized parts,ship equipment and high-grade CNC machine tools.Facing the requirement of cultivating compound technical and technical talents,the professional groups will meet the challenge of deepening connotation construction.Constructing talent cultivation mode of Intelligent Manufacturing Specialty Group in higher vocational colleges that adapt to regional economy has become a common problem faced by all higher vocational colleges.The author has explored the training mode of intelligent manufacturing talents adapted to regional economy,sublimated the talent training objectives of professional groups,revised the talent training scheme and optimized the course system.
