二孩产妇剖宫产后归因风格与负性情绪的相关性

Correlation Between Attribution Style and Negative Emotion in Parturients with Second Pregnancy After Cesarean Section

目的分析二孩产妇剖宫产后归因风格与负性情绪的相关性。方法选取2019年7月至2021年7月息县中心医院收治的94例行剖宫产的二孩产妇为研究对象。于产妇出院时,采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-C21)评估患者的负性情绪,同时采用归因方式问卷(ASQ)评估患者的归因风格。分析二孩产妇剖宫产后归因风格与负性情绪的相关性。结果94例二孩产妇剖宫产后,DASS-C21总分为(39.30±1.48)分,归因总分为(-6.84±0.13)分。一般线性双变量Pearson直线相关性检验结果显示,二孩产妇剖宫产后DASS-C21总分与各维度评分与积极归因呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05),与消极归因呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论二孩产妇剖宫产后归因风格与负性情绪存在一定的联系,消极归因的产妇的负面情绪较重。

Objective To analyze the correlation between attribution style and negative emotion in parturients with second pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods A total of 94 cases of parturients with second pregnancy who underwent cesarean section in Xi County Central Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Depression anxiety and stress scale-21(DASS-C21)was used to evaluate the negative emotions of the patients at the time of discharge.At the same time,the attribution style of patients was evaluated by attributional style questionnaire(ASQ).The correlation between attribution style and negative emotion in parturients with second pregnancy after cesarean section was analyzed.Results In 94 cases of parturients with second pregnancy after cesarean section,the total score of DASS-C21 was(39.30±1.48)points and the total score of attribution was(-6.84±0.13)points.Through the general linear bivariate Pearson linear correlation test,the results showed that the total score of DASS-C21 and the scores of each dimension in parturients with second pregnancy after cesarean section were negatively correlated with positive attribution(r<0,P<0.05)and positively correlated with negative attribution(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between attribution style and negative emotion in parturients with second pregnancy after cesarean section,and the negative emotion of pregnant women with negative attribution is heavier.
