益气补肾止喘汤治疗学龄期哮喘患儿的效果

Curative Effect of Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan Decoction in Treating School-Age Children with Asthma

目的研究益气补肾止喘汤治疗学龄期哮喘患儿的临床效果。方法前瞻性选取滑县人民医院2019年4月至2020年7月收治的92例学龄期哮喘患儿,依照就诊顺序编号,采用电脑随机数表法分为观察组、对照组,各46例。两组均接受常规干预,对照组接受西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受益气补肾止喘汤治疗。比较两组临床总有效率、肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流量(PEF)、最大呼吸中期流速(MMEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV 1)]、哮喘日间和夜间症状评分、儿童哮喘控制测试(C-ACT)评分、内皮功能[循环内皮细胞(CEC)、内皮素1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)]水平、不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率(95.65%)高于对照组(80.44%)(P<0.05);治疗后两组FVC、PEF、MMEF、FEV 1水平与C-ACT评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组CEC、ET-1、NO水平与哮喘日间和夜间症状评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气补肾止喘汤治疗学龄期哮喘患儿能提高临床效果,缓解哮喘症状,改善肺功能,减轻气道损伤程度。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan decoction in the treatment of school-age children with asthma.Methods A prospective selection of 92 school-age children with asthma from Huaxian People’s Hospital from April 2019 to July 2020 were selected according to the order of visits.By a computerized random number table method,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional intervention.The control group received western medicine,and the observation group received Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical total effective rate,lung function[forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF),maximum mid-expiratory flow(MMEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV 1)],asthma daytime and nighttime symptom scores,childhood asthma control test(C-ACT)scores,endothelial function[circulating endothelial cells(CEC),endothelin 1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)]were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(95.65%)was higher than that of the control group(80.44%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group FVC,PEF,MMEF,FEV 1 were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CEC,ET-1 and NO of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan decoction in the treatment of school-age children with asthma can improve the therapeutic effect,improve lung function,reduce the degree of airway injury.
