精准护理理论引导下模块化护理在院前急救血栓栓塞患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Modular Nursing Under the Guidance of Precision Nursing Theory in Pre-Hospital Emergency Treatment of Patients with Thromboembolism

目的探讨精准护理理论引导下的模块化护理在院前急救血栓栓塞患者中的护理效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年5月于许昌市中心医院实施院前急救的97例血栓栓塞患者。按护理方法将患者分为对照组(48例)和观察组(49例)。给予对照组患者传统院前血栓栓塞急救护理。观察组患者在对照组基础上接受精准护理理论引导下的模块化护理干预。比较两组患者在院前急救过程中抢救成功率、院前急救效率(到达现场时间、病情评估时间、院前急救至院内时间)以及对院前急救护理工作(专业急救知识、反应能力、医护配合度)的满意度评分。结果观察组抢救成功率较对照组高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组到达现场时间、病情评估时间、院前急救至院内时间较短(P<0.05)。观察组专业急救知识、反应能力、医护配合度得分以及满意度总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精准护理理论引导下的模块化护理可提高院前急救血栓栓塞患者抢救成功率与抢救效率,提升患者及家属满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of modular nursing under the guidance of precision nursing theory in pre-hospital emergency treatment of patients with thromboembolism.Methods A total of 97 patients with thromboembolism received pre-hospital emergency in Xuchang Central Hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected.According to nursing measures number table method,the patients were divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(49 cases).The patients in control group were given traditional pre-hospital emergency nursing for thromboembolism.The patients in observation group received modular nursing intervention guided by precision nursing theory on the basis of control group.The rescue success rate,pre-hospital emergency efficiency(arrival time,condition evaluation time,time from pre-hospital emergency to hospital)and satisfaction score of pre-hospital emergency nursing(professional first aid knowledge,response ability,medical cooperation)were analyzed.Results The success rate of rescue in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,observation group had shorter time of arriving at the scene,evaluating the disease condition and the time from pre-hospital emergency to hospital(P<0.05).The scores of professional emergency knowledge,reaction ability,medical cooperation and the total satisfaction score in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modular nursing under the guidance of precision nursing theory can improve the rescue success rate and rescue efficiency of pre-hospital emergency treatment for thromboembolism patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
