加味小青龙汤对支气管哮喘患者肺功能及T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响

Effects of Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction on Lung Function and Serum T Lymphocyte Subsets in Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的:探究加味小青龙汤对支气管哮喘(Bronchial asthma,BA)患者肺功能及T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。方法:选取2018年12月至2020年7月我院BA患者104例,根据治疗方案不同分组,各52例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加用加味小青龙汤。对比两组治疗前后哮喘控制测试(Asthma control test,ACT)评分、肺功能指标、T淋巴细胞亚群、氧化-抗氧化指标[谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶水平(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、8-异前列腺素(8-iso prostaglandin,8-iso-PG)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)]。结果:治疗后观察组ACT评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肺功能指标、T淋巴细胞亚群,GSH-Px、SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05),血清8-iso-PG、MDA水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味小青龙汤联合治疗BA,可改善患者氧化-抗氧化平衡,调节T淋巴细胞亚群水平,改善临床症状及肺功能。

Objective:To investigate the effects of modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction on lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with Bronchial asthma(BA).Methods:104 BA patients in our hospital from December 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into different groups according to the treatment plan,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with western medicine and modified Xiaoqinglong decoction.Asthma Control Test(ACT)scores,lung function indexes,T lymphocyte subsets and Glutathione peroxidase indexes[Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),Superoxide dismutase(SOD),8-ISO prostaglandin(8-ISO-PG),Malondialdehyde(MDA)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:ACT score of observation group was higher than that in control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,lung function indexes,T lymphocyte subsets,GSH-Px and SOD levels in observation group were higher than those in control group,while serum 8-ISO-PG and MDA levels were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment with Xiaoqinglong Decoction can improve the balance between oxidation and antioxidant,regulate the level of T lymphocyte subsets,improve clinical symptoms and lung function.
