益气活血暖宫贴穴位贴敷联合生物刺激反馈仪在药物流产后的运用

Application of Acupoint Application of Qi-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Vterus-Warming Paste Combined with Biological Stimulation Feedback Instrument After Drug Abortion

目的:观察益气活血暖宫贴穴位贴敷联合生物刺激反馈仪对药物流产后患者子宫复旧情况的影响。方法:将116例药物流产患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组50例和观察组58例。对照组给予诺氟沙星胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予益气活血暖宫贴穴位贴敷联合生物刺激反馈仪治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、阴道出血情况及治疗前后宫腔积液、内膜厚度、宫腔内稍高回声、子宫三径线之和、中医证候评分变化情况;检测两组患者治疗前后血清雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))、孕酮(progesterone,P)及血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG)水平。结果:观察组阴道出血时间≤7 d的比例高于对照组,≥14 d的比例低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后阴道出血少于月经量、有宫腔积液及宫腔内稍高回声的比例高于本组治疗前,多于月经量的比例低于本组治疗前,治疗后观察组阴道出血少于月经量、有宫腔积液及宫腔内稍高回声的比例高于对照组,相似月经量及多于月经量比例高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后内膜厚度大于本组治疗前,子宫三径线之和低于本组治疗前,治疗后观察组内膜厚度大于对照组,子宫三径线之和低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、P及HCG水平低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后E_(2)水平高于本组治疗前,治疗后观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为78.00%,观察组有效率为91.38%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血暖宫贴穴位贴敷联合生物刺激反馈仪可改善药物流产后患者临床症状及子宫复旧情况,作用机制可能与调节患者体内E2、P及HCG水平有关。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint application of Qi-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Vterus-Warming Paste combined with biological stimulation feedback instrument on uterine involution in patients after drug abortion.Methods:A total of 116 patients with drug abortion were randomly divided into the control group with 50 cases and the observation group with 58 cases.The control group was treated with Norfloxacin Capsules,and the observation group was treated with Qi-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Vterus-Warming Paste for acupoint application combined with biological stimulation feedback instrument on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,vaginal bleeding,uterine effusion,endometrial thickness,slightly hyperechoic intrauterine,the sum of three uterine diameters and the score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The levels of serum estradiol(E2),progesterone prog(P)and serum human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)were measured before and after treatment.Results:The proportion of vaginal bleeding time which lasted 14 days or more in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of vaginal bleeding less than menstrual volume,uterine effusion and slightly high intrauterine echo in the two groups was higher than that of the same group before treatment,and the proportion of vaginal bleeding more than menstrual volume was lower than that of the same group before treatment.After treatment,the proportion of vaginal bleeding less than menstrual volume,uterine effusion and slightly high intrauterine echo in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of similar menstrual volume and more than menstrual volume was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was greater than that of the same group before treatment,and the sum of the three uterine diameters was lower than that of the same group before treatment.After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and the sum of the three uterine diameters was lower than that of the control group.And all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,P and HCG levels of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The E_(2) level of the two groups after treatment was higher than that of the same group before treatment,and the E2 level of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 78.00%in the control group and 91.38%in the observation group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of Qi-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Vterus-Warming Paste combined with biological stimulation feedback instrument can improve the clinical symptoms and uterine involution of patients after drug abortion.The mechanism may be related to regulating the levels of E_(2),P and HCG in patients.
