基于Meta分析的复方丹参注射液辅助治疗肾病综合征的系统评价

Systematic Evaluation of Compound Danshen Injection in the Adjuvant Treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome Based on Meta-Analysis

目的:系统评价复方丹参注射液辅助治疗肾病综合征的疗效与安全性。方法:检索万方、维普、中国知网、CBM、百度学术、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、EMbase等数据库,时间自建库至2020年5月。依据文献的纳入及排除标准检索所需文献,并进行方法质量评价,运用软件RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入临床随机对照实验研究10篇,包括642例患者;血清白蛋白变化程度比较:治疗组优于对照组[WMD=6.57,95%CI(4.35,8.78),P=0.00001];24小时尿蛋白定量变化程度比较:二者无差别[WMD=-1.52,95%CI(-3.61,0.57),P=0.15];血肌酐变化程度比较:二者无差别[WMD=-21.65,95%CI(-46.35,3.05),P=0.09];胆固醇变化程度比较:治疗组优于对照组[WMD=-0.91,95%CI(-1.38,-0.44),P=0.0001];全血黏度变化程度比较:治疗组优于对照组[WMD=-0.7,95%CI(-0.79,-0.62),P<0.00001];有效率比较:治疗组优于对照组[OR=4.21,95%CI(1.62,10.94),P=0.003]。结论:复方丹参注射液辅助治疗肾病综合征,可提高血清白蛋白、降低全血黏度及胆固醇,且安全性较高。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Compound Danshen Injection in the adjuvant treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A total of 70 patients the databases of Wanfang,VIP,CNKI,CBM,Baidu academic,PubMed,The Cochrane Library and EMBASE were searched from the establishment of the database to May 2020.The required documents were searched according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the documents,the method quality was evaluated,and the software Revman 5.3 was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 10 articles on randomized controlled clinical trials were included,including 642 patients;In terms of comparison of changes in serum albumin:the treatment group was better than the control group[WMD=6.57,95%CI(4.35,8.78),P=0.00001].In terms of comparison of 24-hour urinary protein changes:there was no difference between the two groups[WMD=-1.52,95%CI(-3.61,0.57),P=0.15].In terms of comparison of blood creatinine changes:there was no difference between the two groups[WMD=-21.65,95%CI(-46.35,3.05),P=0.09].In terms of comparison of changes in cholesterol:the treatment group was better than the control group[WMD=-0.91,95%CI(-1.38,-0.44),P=0.0001].In terms of comparison of changes in whole blood viscosity:the treatment group was better than the control group[WMD=-0.7,95%CI(-0.79,-0.62),P<0.00001].In terms of comparison of the effective rate:the treatment group was better than the control group[OR=4.21,95%CI(1.62,10.94),P=0.003].Conclusion:Compound Danshen Injection can increase serum albumin,reduce whole blood viscosity and cholesterol in the adjuvant treatment of nephrotic syndrome.
