夏枯草擦剂联合半导体激光照射治疗血管瘤切除后面部疤痕疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Bugleweed Liniment Combined with Semiconductor Laser Irradiation on Facial Scars After Resection of Hemangioma

目的:观察夏枯草擦剂联合半导体激光照射对血管瘤切除术后面部疤痕的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的额面部血管瘤且行切除术者62例,随机分为对照组29例和观察组33例。对照组采用半导体激光治疗仪治疗,治疗后局部涂抹利多卡因乳膏,观察组治疗后涂抹夏枯草擦剂。两组均治疗3个月。比较两组患者治疗前后疤痕颜色、凹陷程度和疤痕面积,颜面部皮损整体评分和瘙痒程度评分,术后并发症发生率等。结果:治疗后,两组患者疤痕面积、凹陷程度和疤痕颜色评分均降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后皮损评分、瘙痒程度与SF-MPQ评分均下降,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组出现瘙痒2例,过敏、溃疡、红肿和色素沉着各1例,并发症发生率为20.69%;观察组出现过敏、色素沉着和瘙痒各1例,并发症发生率为9.09%,两组并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:夏枯草擦剂联合半导体激光照射治疗对额面部血管瘤切除术后患者面部疤痕有改善作用,且可降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bugleweed Liniment combined with semiconductor laser irradiation on facial scars after resection of hemangioma.Methods:A total of 62 cases of frontal and facial hemangioma treated with resection in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the control group with 29 cases and the observation group with 33 cases respectively.The control group was treated with semiconductor laser therapeutic instrument,and lidocaine cream was applied locally after treatment,while the observation group was applied with Bugleweed Liniment after treatment.The scar color,depression degree and scar area,the overall score of facial lesions and pruritus,and the incidence of postoperative complications before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scar area,depression degree and scar color score of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease degree was more obvious in the observation group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion score,pruritus degree and SF-MPQ score of the two groups decreased,and the differences were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).There were also significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).In the control group,2 cases with pruritus occurred,1 case with allergy,ulcer,swelling and pigmentation respectively.The incidence of complications was 20.69%.There were 1 case of allergy,1 case of pigmentation and 1 case of pruritus in the observation group.The incidence of complications was 9.09%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bugleweed Liniment combined with semiconductor laser irradiation can improve the facial scars of patients after frontal and facial hemangioma resection,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
