黄草乌地上部分化学成分的研究

Chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Aconitum vilmorinianum

目的研究黄草乌Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom.地上部分的化学成分。方法黄草乌地上部分甲醇提取物乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、TLC、Sephadex LH⁃20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为黄草乌碱丁(1)、karakanine(2)、黄草乌碱乙(3)、卡马考宁(4)、塔拉地萨敏(5)、N⁃deethyl⁃N⁃19⁃didehydrosachaconitine(6)、hemsleyaconitine D(7)、16β⁃羟基心瓣翠雀碱(8)、哥伦乌头碱(9)、N⁃甲基樟苍碱(10)、马齿苋酰胺E(11)、neochlorogenic acid methyl ester(12)、chlorogenic acid methyl ester(13)、山柰酚⁃3⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃葡萄糖苷(14)、山柰酚⁃7⁃O⁃α⁃L⁃阿拉伯糖苷(15)、槲皮素⁃3⁃O⁃α⁃L⁃阿拉伯糖(16)、β⁃谷甾醇(17)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物地上部分中分离得到,化合物2,7,10~16为首次从该植物中分离得到。

AIM To study the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom..METHODS The ethyl acetate fraction of methanol extract from the aerial part of A.vilmorinianum was isolated and purified by silica,TLC and Sephadex LH⁃20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Seventeen compounds were isolated and identified as sachaconitine(1),karakanine(2),karakoline(3),cammaconine(4),talatisamine(5),N⁃deethyl⁃N⁃19⁃didehydrosachaconitine(6),hemsleyaconitine D(7),16β⁃hydroxycardiopetaline(8),columbianine(9),N⁃methyllaurotetanine(10),oleracea E(11),neochlorogenic acid methyl ester(12),chlorogenic acid methyl ester(13),kaempferol⁃3⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃glucopyranoside(14),kaempferol⁃7⁃O⁃α⁃L⁃arabinopyranoside(15),quercetin⁃3⁃O⁃α⁃L⁃arabinopyranosid(16),β⁃sitosterol(17).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from the aerial parts of this plant for the first time.Compounds 2,7,10-16 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
