高校学报高质量发展的现实困境与路径创新

The realistic dilemmas and institutional innovation in the high-quality development of university journals

高校学报是我国学术期刊中的主体阵营,在我国科学研究中,起到了重要的推动作用、引领作用和规范作用。针对高校学报中的同构化现象严重、内部管理制度不健全、复合型人才缺乏、数字信息化程度偏低以及评价制度不合理等现实困境,提出要在以下几方面进行改革创新:合理设置栏目、加强人才队伍建设、完善同行评议制度、建立科学的管理制度、建立学术期刊共同体、打造数字化传播平台等。只有探索适合学报自身发展规律的特色办刊之路,才能推动高校学报的高质量发展,发挥高校学报在繁荣学术期刊中的引领作用。

University journals are the main force of academic journals in China,which play an important role in promoting,leading and regulating scientific research of China.In view of the realistic dilemmas such as the serious homogenization in university journals,the imperfect internal management system,the lack of compound talents,the low level of digital information and the limitation of evaluating the articles based on periodicals,this paper proposes to carry out reform and innovation in the system,that is to set up columns reasonably,to strengthen the construction of talent team,to improve the system of peer review,to establish a scientific management system,a community of academic journals and a digital communication system.Only by exploring the way of running journals with its own characteristics,can we promote high-quality development of the university journals and play the leading role of them in the prosperity of academic journals.
