中国共产党百年劳动教育的历程、经验与启示

The course, experience and enlightenment of CPC’s one-hundred-year labor education

百年以来,中国共产党始终坚持马克思主义劳动观,高度重视劳动教育。劳动教育先后经历了新民主主义革命时期的萌芽发展、新中国初创时期的探索发展、改革开放新时期的稳步发展、社会主义现代化建设新时代的深化发展等四个阶段。中国共产党始终将把握劳动教育的政治性作为关键点,将契合劳动教育的时代要求作为切入点,将扎实推动劳动教育的实践作为着力点,将实现劳动教育的育人功能作为落脚点,为劳动教育的继续发展提供了宝贵经验。新时代需要坚持党的领导以确保劳动教育的社会主义性质,坚定发展步伐以丰富劳动教育诸要素,坚固各方联动以构建劳动教育的协同机制,从而推动劳动教育的深化发展。

During a hundred years, CPC has always adhered to the Marxist outlook on labor and attached great importance to labor education. Labor education has successively experienced four stages: the budding development during the new democratic revolution, the exploration and development in the early days of New China, the steady development of reforms during the new period of reform and open-up, and the deepening development in the new era. CPC regards grasping the political nature of labor education as the key point, conforming to the requirements of labor education as the entry point, solidly promoting the practice of labor education as the focus, and achieving the education function of labor education as the goal,for the continual development of labor education, which provide valuable experience for the future. In the new era, we need to adhere to the leadership of CPC to ensure the socialist nature of labor education,resolutely develop and expand the educational elements of labor education, and strengthen the cooperation of all parties to build a collaborative mechanism and to promote labor education’s further development.
