急诊消化内镜检查在急性下消化道出血诊断与治疗中的应用价值观察

Application value of emergency digestive endoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:观察急诊消化内镜检查在急性下消化道出血诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法:本研究中的观察对象均为在本院接受治疗的急性下消化道出血患者,120例患者的接收时间均在2018年7月至2019年8月。依据患者所接受的检查方式将其分为两组,对照组为接受常规结肠镜检查,观察组则给予急诊消化内镜检查,比较两组患者的疾病检出情况、住院时间以及输血量。结果:观察组患者的总体诊断情况、活跃性出血病灶占比均明显高于对照组,其住院时间和输血量均明显较对照组少,P<0.05。结论:急诊消化内镜检查在急性下消化道出血诊断与治疗当中均有重要价值,其可以通过内镜下止血操作,明确病灶位置与病情,为急诊外科手术治疗提供重要参考依据,且可以减少患者的住院治疗时间以及输血量。

Objective:To observe the application value of emergency digestive endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:The observation objects in this study were all patients with acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital,and the receiving time of 120 patients was from July 2018 to August 2019.The patients were divided into two groups according to the examination methods.The control group received routine colonoscopy,while the observation group received emergency digestive endoscopy.The disease detection,hospitalization time and blood transfusion volume of the two groups were compared.Results:The overall diagnosis and the proportion of active bleeding focus in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time and blood transfusion volume of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Emergency digestive endoscopy is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding.It can provide important reference for emergency surgical treatment and reduce the hospitalization time and blood transfusion volume of patients.
