针对性急救护理模式在小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中的应用价值研究

Study on the application value of the targeted emergency care model in the emergency care of children with high fever and convulsion

目的:探究小儿高热惊厥患儿给予针对性急救护理模式在急诊护理中的应用价值。方法:本文研究对象选自本院2017年5月至2020年6月接收的62例小儿高热惊厥患儿,按患儿入院顺序实施分组,接收常规急诊护理与针对性急救护理的两组患儿分别为对照组(31例)与观察组(31例),统计患儿症状改善时间。结果:观察组经干预,患者惊厥改善时间(3.73±0.25)d、退热时间(24.84±1.16)h、住院时间(5.24±1.09)d,均短于对照组,t=4.201,6.057,8.046,P<0.05。结论:小儿高热惊厥患儿给予针对性急救护理模式,改善了患儿特征,患儿病情恢复速度较快。

Objective:To explore the application value of the targeted first-aid nursing model in the emergency care of children with hyperfever and convulsion.Methods:In this study,62 cases of children with februaric convulsion admitted by our hospital from May 2017 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The two groups of children receiving routine emergency care and targeted emergency care were respectively the control group(31 cases)and the observation group(31 cases),and the time of symptom improvement was counted.Results:After intervention,the improvement time of convulsion(3.73±0.25)d,antipyretic time(24.84±1.16)h,and hospital stay(5.24±1.09)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(t=4.201,6.057,8.046,P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted first-aid nursing mode is provided to children with high fever and convulsion,which improves the characteristics of the children,and the recovery speed of the children's condition is faster,supporting the vigorous promotion and application.
