汽轮机高中压外缸铸件质量提升

摘要 高中压外缸作为600 MW型汽轮机的重要部件,其铸件吨位大、质量要求高;分析认为钢液质量是决定铸钢件质量的关键因素;根据公司现有熔炼设备,两包钢液合浇,通过精炼炉调渣改进、真空处理(VD)时间调整、钢包钢液量配置、浇注过程控制优化等措施,在工艺方法和过程控制等方面进行改进,达到了提升钢液质量的目的。 As an important part of 600 MW turbine,the high pressure outer cylinder has large casting tonnage and high quality requirements.The quality of liquid steel is the key factor to determine the quality of steel castings.According to the existing smelting equipment of the company,the two packets of molten steel are poured together,and the process method and process control are improved through refining furnace slag adjustment,vacuum treatment(VD)time adjustment,liquid steel quantity configuration,pouring process control optimization and other measures,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of molten steel.
