基于数据挖掘分析李曰庆教授治疗良性前列腺增生的用药规律

Based on Data Mining and Analysis of Professor Li Yueqing's Medication Rule in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析李曰庆教授治疗良性前列腺增生的用药特点与规律。方法收集2018年9月—2019年6月期间李曰庆教授治疗良性前列腺增生的病案,运用中医传承辅助系统中的关联规则及熵聚类等方法进行分析,挖掘药物核心组合和新处方。结果本研究共纳入处方200首,涉及药物139种;使用频次在60次以上的药物共16种,其中使用频次最高的前七种药物分别是牛膝、黄柏、黄芪、知母、肉苁蓉、茯苓、乌药;挖掘出高频药对组合19个,新处方6个。结论李曰庆教授治疗良性前列腺增生多以“补气补肾、祛瘀通窍”为主,并根据兼症随症加减。

Objective Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system software,to analyze the characteristics and rules of Professor Li Yueqing's treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The medical records of Professor Li Yueqing's treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia from September 2018 to June 2019 were collected and analyzed by using the methods of association rules and entropy clustering in the inheritance auxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to mine the core combination of drugs and new prescriptions.Results 200 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 139 kinds of drugs.16 kinds of drugs were used more than 60 times,among which the top seven drugs were Achyranthes bidentata,phellodendron,astragalus,Anemarrhena,Cistanche deserticola,Poria cocos and black herbs.19 combinations of high-frequency drugs and 6 new prescriptions were found.Conclusion Professor Li Yueqing's treatment is mainly based on“Invigorating Qi and kidney,removing blood stasis and dredging the orifices”,and according to the concurrent symptoms,he is followed up and reduced.
