摘要
在实际的炼钢-连铸过程中存在着多个工艺环节、多并行机,并且在精炼过程中具有多种不同的方式,所以会在很大程度上增加炼钢-连铸生产调度难度。当前部分学者针对炼钢-连铸生产调度的研究仅仅局限于生产方式之中,从而导致研究成果难以在大型炼钢-连铸生产调度中使用,在炼钢-连铸实际生产过程中主要是以人工调度为主,速度较慢、焦炭资源消耗量较大、且优化程度较低。为此,本文对炼钢-连铸生产启发式调度方法进行了深入地研究与分析,并提出了一些合理的意见和措施,旨在进一步促进炼钢-连铸生产调度方法完善。
In the actual steelmaking-continuous casting process,there are multiple process links,multiple parallel machines,and there are many different ways in the refining process,so it will greatly increase the difficulty of steelmaking-continuous casting production scheduling.At present,some scholars’research on steelmaking-continuous casting production scheduling is only limited to production methods,which makes it difficult to use research results in large-scale steelmaking-continuous casting production scheduling.The actual production process of steelmaking-continuous casting is mainly manual scheduling,slower speed,larger coke resource consumption,and low degree of optimization.To this end,this article has conducted an in-depth study and analysis of the steelmaking-continuous casting production scheduling method,and put forward some reasonable opinions and measures,aiming to further improve the steelmaking-continuous casting production scheduling method.
