绿色清洁生产在焦化行业中的技术探究

Exploration on Green Cleaning Production Technology in Coking Industry

煤焦化行业存在资源消耗高、污染重、种类繁杂废弃物等现状,这也就成为了国家环保重点调控行业之一,实现焦化行业的节能环保的绿色可持续发展势在必行。本文主要以焦化行业的绿色清洁生产作为探究目标,分别从捣固炼焦技术、煤调湿技术、干熄焦技术、煤气脱硫技术、焦化废水处理技术及烟尘处理技术等方面,进行探究焦化行业绿色清洁生产的方法和措施。

The coking industry has been a highly energy consumption,polluting industry and miscellaneous waste.So,it is one of the key industries in national environmental protection.It is very important to prevent and control pollution in coking industry.In order to realize the long-term development of coking industry in energy conservation and environmental protection,cleaner production is imperative.In this paper,the main purpose is the green cleaning production of coking industry as the exploring objectives.Mainly from the application of tamping coking technology,CMC technology,the aspects of coke quenching technology,gas desulfurization technology and the new process of coking wastewater treatment.The methods and suggestions on green cleaning production technology are put forward.
