配偶语音刺激对脑外伤手术患者全麻苏醒期苏醒时间及应激反应的影响

Eff ect of spouse's voice stimulation on the recovery time and stress response of patients undergoing general anesthesia during brain trauma surgery

目的探讨配偶语音刺激对脑外伤手术患者苏醒时间及应激反应的影响。方法2020年1—12月选取脑外伤手术患者96例为研究对象,按照组间基线资料匹配的原则分为观察组及对照组,每组48例,对照组行苏醒期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行配偶语音刺激,比较两组患者苏醒时间、苏醒期间不同时间点应激反应指标、麻醉相关并发症发生率、麻醉满意率。结果观察组术后恢复吞咽时间、呼唤回应时间、拔管时间、复苏室内苏醒时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组入麻醉复苏室(PACU)即刻收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)比较,组间、不同时间点、组间与不同时间点交互,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组苏醒期并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组麻醉护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论配偶语音刺激能有效减轻脑外伤手术患者苏醒期应激反应,缩短苏醒时间,降低苏醒期间并发症发生率,提高患者麻醉护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of spouse's voice stimulation on the recovery time and stress response of patients undergoing general anesthesia during brain trauma surgery.Methods To select 96 patients undergoing brain trauma surgery from January to December 2020 as the study objects.According to the principle of matching baseline data between the groups,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 48 cases.The control group received routine care during the recovery period,and the observation group performed spouse voice stimulation on the basis of the control group.The recovery time,the stress response index at diff erent time points during the recovery period,the incidence of anesthesia-related complications,and the anesthesia satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative recovery time of swallowing,call response time,extubation time,and recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Comparison of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)immediately after entering the post anesthesia care unit(PACU)between the two groups,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant between groups,diff erent time points,and interactions between groups and diff erent time points(P<0.05).The incidence of complications during the recovery period in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of anesthesia care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of spouse's voice stimulation of spouse can eff ectively reduce the stress response of patients undergoing brain trauma surgery,shorten the recovery time,reduce the incidence of complications during the recovery period,and improve the satisfaction of patients with anesthesia care.
