服务业外资产业政策如何影响服务业生产率:外资水平的中介作用

How Does Foreign Investment Industrial Policy Affect Productivity in the Service Industry:Mediating Role of Foreign Investment Level

为探究服务业外资产业政策对服务业生产率的影响,以服务业13个分行业2005—2018年的面板数据为样本,引入服务业外资水平作为中介变量,实证检验服务业外资产业政策影响服务业生产率的作用机制。研究表明:服务业外资产业政策的动态变化对服务业生产率具有显著的正向作用,外资产业准入政策放松有效提升了行业的生产率;外资水平在服务业外资产业政策和服务业生产率之间起到了部分中介作用,服务业外资产业政策通过有效引导外资流入政府鼓励的行业,增大了外资的正向溢出效应,促进行业生产率的提升。

In order to explore the impact of foreign investment industrial policy on productivity in the service industry,this paper empirically tests the mechanism of foreign investment industrial policy on productivity in the service industry by using panel data of 13 service sub-sectors from 2005 to 2018 as a sample and introducing the level of foreign investment in the service industry as an intermediary variable.The results show that the dynamic change of foreign investment industrial policy in the service industry has a significant positive effect on the productivity of the service industry,and the relaxation of foreign industrial access policy effectively improves the productivity of the service industry.The level of foreign investment plays a partial intermediary role between the foreign investment industrial policy and the productivity of the service industry.The foreign investment industrial policy of the service industry increases the positive spillover effect of foreign investment and promotes the productivity of the service industry by effectively guiding foreign investment into the industries encouraged by the government.
