管理流程优化的路径及效应研究:以膝关节核磁共振检查为例 被引量:1

Research on the Path and Effect of Optimized Process Management:Taking Knee MRI Examination as an Example

摘要 以老年患者膝关节核磁共振(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)检查为例,探讨管理流程优化在实践中的实施路径及应用效果。选取2020年10月—2021年3月在我科行膝关节MRI检查60例老年患者为研究对象,分为对照组和干预组进行实验研究。对照组30例患者,按照常规检查流程检查;干预组30例患者,按照优化管理流程完成检查。比较两组患者的一次检查成功率、患者依从性、患者满意度、MRI知识掌握率和影像质量评分,发现干预组一次检查成功率、患者依从性、患者满意度、MRI知识掌握率均较对照显著升高(p<0.05),干预组和对照组影像质量评分分别为3.3±0.7和2.4±1.3,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.339,p<0.05)。结果表明:对老年膝关节MRI检查患者进行管理流程优化,有助于患者掌握MRI检查相关知识,提高患者检查依从性,提升患者满意度,提高影像质量。 Taking magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination of knee joint in elderly patients as an example,the implementation path and application effect of management process optimization in practice were discussed.A total of 60 elderly patients who underwent knee MRI examination in our department from October 2020 to March 2021 were selected as subjects,and were divided into intervention group and control group for experimental research.The control group performed the inspection in regular process,the intervention group was finished under the inspection with the optimized process.The outcome,including one-time success rate,the satisfaction rate,compliance rate,mastery rate of MRI knowledge and the points of image quality,were compared between these two groups.The one-time success rate,the satisfaction rate,compliance rate and mastery rate of MRI knowledge in the invention group were significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05);the points of image quality were 3.3±0.7and 2.4±1.3 respectively,there was significant difference between these two groups(t=3.339,p<0.05).The study shows that the optimizing the management process for elderly patients undergoing MRI examinations of the knee joints helps patients master MRI examination-related knowledge,improves patient examination compliance,increase their compliance and satisfaction,and dramatically improve the image quality.
