摘要
分析了光伏制造业中硅废料的来源及价值,并简单介绍了现有的几种废硅料回收利用工艺。但废硅料的回收再利用工艺很多只停留在研发阶段,实际的工业化应用仍然比较匮乏,其产品的附加值需要更深入的挖掘。从根本上解决光伏硅废的资源化处理,是多晶硅企业物耗成本控制的主要方向。当前仍然有部分企业,将硅废深埋处理,不仅造成硅元素的浪费,也造成对环境的污染。
The source and value of waste silicon materials in photovoltaic manufacturing industry were analyzed,and several existing recycling processes of waste silicon were introduced.However,many recycling processes of waste silicon materials only stay in the research and development stage,and the actual industrial application is still relatively scarce.The added value of its products needs to be further explored.It is the main direction of material consumption control for photovoltaic enterprises to fundamentally solve the resource treatment of waste silicon.In recent years,there are still some enterprises that deeply bury waste silicon,which not only causes the waste of silicon,but also causes environmental pollution.
