摘要
虎耳草科为双子叶植物纲-蔷薇亚纲的1科,约含17亚科,80属,1200余种。我国有7亚科,28属,约500种。虎耳草科植物的主要化学成分为槲皮素-5-葡萄糖苷、岩白菜素、没食子酸、原儿茶酸、熊果酚苷、挥发油和有机酸等,其功效为祛风、清热、凉血解毒,可用于治疗风疹、湿疹、中耳炎等。为了更加合理有效的开发利用和把控虎耳草科植物的内在质量,利用虎耳草科植物的HPLC指纹图谱和抗氧化活性进行综合评价达到质量控制的目的。
The family corydalis is one of the families of dicotyledonous plants,about 17 subfamilies,80 genera,more than 1200 species.Our country has 7 subsections,28 genera,500 species.The main chemical constituents of the family polygonaceaearequercetin-5-lucoside,bergenin,gallic acid,protocatechuic acid,ursolic glycoside,volatile oil and organic acid.Its efficacy is dispelling wind,clearing heat,cooling blood and detoxifying,can be used to treat rubella,eczema,otitis media,etc.For the purpose of more rational and effective exploitation and control of the internal quality of saxifragaceae plants,HPLC fingerprint and antioxidant activity of saxifragaceae plants were discussed to achieve the purpose of quality control.
