摘要
为充分利用生姜和茶麸的营养价值,提高其农产品附加值,本文以生姜、茶麸和AES为原料,研制一款更为绿色的洗发水,并通过单因素试验和正交试验考察了原料比(生姜:茶麸),料液比,熬制时间,AES的添加量四因素对洗发水品质的影响,确定了该生姜-茶麸洗发水的最佳条件为:生姜与茶麸的配比为5:5、料液比为1:40、加热时间90 min、AES添加量为200%。制得的生姜-茶麸洗发水,香味纯正浓郁,均匀细腻,乳化能力强,清洁控油效果好。
In order to make full use of the nutritional value of ginger and tea bran and improve the added value of agricultural products,a more green shampoo was developed with ginger,tea bran and AES as raw materials.The effects of raw material ratio(ginger:tea bran),solid-liquid ratio,boiling time and AES addition on the quality of shampoo were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test.The optimum conditions of ginger tea bran shampoo were determined as follows:the ratio of ginger and tea bran was 5:5,the ratio of material to liquid was 1:40,the heating time was 90 min,and the addition of AES was 200%.The ginger tea bran shampoo is pure and rich in fragrance,even and delicate,with strong emulsifying ability and good cleaning and oil control effect.
