Discussion on Determination of Molecular Weight of Organic Acids in ESBR

乳液聚合苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(ESBR)有机酸含量反映聚合用乳化剂用量,过多或过少会影响其品质。GB/T 8657-2014苯乙烯-丁二烯生橡胶皂和有机酸含量的测定中仅列举有机酸为硬脂酸、松香酸、硬脂酸与松香酸50:50混合物时的三种情形,且未列出有机酸分子量K_(o)的确定方法,不适用实际情形且不具有操作性。本文依据配制有机酸质量比通过测定酸价对有机酸分子量计算方式探讨。

The organic acid content of emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(ESBR)reflects the amount of emulsifier used for polymerization,and too much or too little will affect its quality.GB/T 8657-2014styrene-butadiene raw rubber soap and organic acid content is only listed in the determination of organic acids as stearic acid,rosin acid,stearic acid and rosin acid 50:50 mixture of three cases,and does not list the organic acid molecular weight K_(o) determination method,does not apply to the actual situation and is not operational.The calculation of the molecular weight of organic acids was discussed by determining the value of acids based on the quality ratio of the two organic acids.
