案例教学在课程建设和人才培养中发挥着重要作用。本文以水分活度为案例,将知识点融入《食品化学》课程教学中。采用深度挖掘生活现象实现教学互动,通过问题引导、结合学生已有知识点剖析案例引出新知识点,可以帮助学生发掘生活中的专业知识,提高《食品化学》课程的学习质量,进一步培养学生灵活运用知识、发现问题、解决问题的能力。

Case teaching plays an important role in curriculum construction and personnel training.Taking water activity as an example,the knowledge points were integrated into Food Chemistry course teaching.The teaching interaction was realized by deep mining life phenomena,and the new knowledge points were introduced by analyzing the cases combined with students existing knowledge points.It can help students to explore professional knowledge in life,improve the learning quality of Food Chemistry course,and further cultivate students ability to flexibly use knowledge,find problems and solve problems.
