安徽工程大学生物制药专业人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Talent Training Mode for Biopharmaceutical Engineering of Anhui Polytechnic University

生物制药是我国的战略性新兴产业,高素质专业人才需求旺盛。国内已有近百所高校开设了生物制药专业,在专业建设和办学内涵上各有特色。以应用型工科高校——安徽工程大学为例,介绍了生物制药专业人才培养目标定位、培养方案制定、课程体系构建、师资队伍提升、实践教学保障、学生双创能力培养等方面开展的探索与实践,总结了经验和成效,为其他高校的生物制药专业建设提供借鉴。

Biopharmaceutical engineering is a strategic emerging industry,which has exuberant demands in talent market.Nearly 100 universities and colleges have set up Biopharmaceutical Engineeringwith their own characteristics in specialty construction and education properties.Taking Anhui Polytechnic University,an application-orientedtechnical university,as an example,the explorations and practices in the fields of talent training target orientation,program formulation,curriculum system construction,teaching staff promotion,practical training guarantee and entrepreneurship-innovation ability trainingwere introduced.Summarizations on experience and achievement mentioned above might provide references in specialty construction of Biopharmaceutical Engineering for other universities.
