摘要
华南农业大学能源与环境系统工程专业采用模块式人才培养模式进行多学科交叉教学,并且探究多学科交叉专业的创新型人才培养方式。通过研究和构建模块化人才培养方案的顶层设计,加强教师队伍建设,改革理论教学和实践教学内容,促进专业国际化,优化教学资源配置,突出“能源是面向环境改善的能源,环境是服务于能源转化和利用的环境”的特点,形成独特的办学理念,可为其他交叉学科专业人才培养提供办学经验。
Energy and Environmental System Engineering specialtyof South China Agricultural University adoptedthe modular talent training mode for interdisciplinary teaching and explored the innovative talent training mode of interdisciplinary specialty.The characteristics of“energy for environmental improvement,environment for energy conversion and utilization”was highlighted by researching and constructing the top-level design of modular talent training program,strengthening the construction of teachers,reforming the content of theoretical teaching and practical teaching,promoting the internationalization of specialty and optimizing the allocation of teaching resources.Our school-running concept may provide experience for the training of other interdisciplinary professionals.
