浅埋厚煤层河下安全开采控水防治技术研究

摘要 为解决水体下浅埋厚煤层开采后,导水裂缝带直达地表,无法留设防水安全煤岩柱的问题,通过研究覆岩破坏规律、地表台阶裂缝分布特征和区域气象水文特征,提出了安全开采综合控水防治技术,采取了调整开采进度、限厚保护开采、地表治理与河道硬化修复等措施,成功实现泄洪河流下深厚比小于30的垮落法安全开采,解放河流压煤126.9万t。 In order to solve the problem that the water flowing fractured zone reached directly the surface,and impossible to reserve the safety waterproof pillar after the mining of shallow thick coal seam under the water bodies,the comprehensive water control and prevention technology for the safe mining was proposed by studying the overburden failure law,the surface bench crack distribution characteristics and the regional meteorological and hydrological characteristics.Safe mining with the caving method was realized successfully that the depth-to-thickness ratio was less than 30 under the flood discharge river by adopting some measures such as adjusting the mining progress,limiting the thickness protection mining,the surface treatment and the river hardening restoration,and 1.269 million tons of coal was liberated under the river.
