塌陷地新建大跨度厂房损害数值分析与防护研究

摘要 为解决塌陷地上新建大跨度厂房的安全防护问题,采用有限元数值方法模拟了钢结构框架厂房不同沉陷变形量级、不同基础形式、有无柱间支撑体系工况下的损害情况。结果表明,大跨度厂房更易受采动影响发生损害,沉陷变形的增大将导致损害程度加重;柱梁以及梁梁连接部位是应力集中位置,柱梁将承受拉压应力和变形,其刚度和强度影响厂房安全使用;条形基础相比较独立基础更易造成上部结构的应力集中现象;布设柱间支撑体系能增强厂房的整体刚度并减小柱梁的应力集中程度。根据数值模拟结果提出了新建大跨度厂房的抗变形防护技术措施。 In order to solve the safety protection problem of the newly-built large-span factory buildings in subsidence area,the finite element numerical method was used to simulate the damage situation of the steel frame factory building under different subsidence deformation levels,different foundation forms,and with or without inter-column support system.Results showed that the large-span factory buildings were more susceptible to damage caused by the mining,and the increase of the subsidence deformation would lead to the serious damage,and the connections of the column beams and the beam-beam were places where the stress concentration was serious,and the column beams would bear the tensile and compressive stress and the deformation,and the stiffness and strength affectd the safe use of the factory building.Strip foundation was more likely to cause the stress concentration in the upper structure compared with the independent foundation,and the arrangement of the inter-column support system could enhance the overall rigidity of the factory building and reduce the stress concentration of the column and beam.According to the numerical simulation results,the technical measures of the anti-deformation protection for the newly-built large-span factory buildings were proposed.
