回顾中国氧化铝产业70年发展历程,按时间线分为四个阶段:第一阶段计划经济时代的起步(1950~1977年);第二阶段经济体制转型时期的彷徨(1978~1998年);第三阶段全球化下的群雄并起(1999~2011年);第四阶段经济发展新常态下的走出国门(2012~2020年)。总结各阶段我国经济体制特点、宏观政策及产业政策、重大事件;各阶段新建及扩建氧化铝项目名称及投产时间;各阶段产业发展存在的主要矛盾及成因,各阶段代表性企业的发展历程。

The seventy-year development of China's alumina industry is divided into four stages according to the time line:The first stage is the beginning of the planned economy era(1950~1977);The second stage is the hesitating transformation period of the economic system(1978~1998);The third stage is rise of leading producers against the globalization(1999~2011);The fourth stage is to go abroad against the new normal of economic development(2012~2020).This paper is to summarize characteristics of China's economic system,macro-policies and industrial policies,major events in each stage;names and production time of new and expansion projects in each stage;main contradiction and causes in each industrial development stage;as well as the development history of representative enterprises in each stage.
