摘要
西南某地铝土矿为高铁铝土矿,矿石氧化铝含量及铝硅比较低,三氧化二铁含量高,无法直接经济高效生产氧化铝,需要对矿石进行浮选脱硅技术处理,提高矿石氧化铝含量,降低二氧化硅含量,提升矿石品质。对氧化铝含量为47.82%,铝硅比为4.66的原矿石,通过磨矿细度、调整剂种类、捕收剂用量及闭路试验研究,得到精矿氧化铝含量为52.5%,铝硅比为8.37,所得铝精矿适宜于拜耳法生产氧化铝。
A bauxite mine in southwestern China is a high-iron bauxite ore.Both the alumina content and A/S of the ore are relatively low,but the ferric oxide content is high,so it is not possible to directly produce alumina economically and efficiently.Therefore,the flotation desilication technology is needed to improve its alumina content and reduce the silica content as well as improve the ore quality.As for the raw ore with an alumina content of 47.82%and an A/S of 4.66,through the study of the fineness,the type of regulator,the amount of collectors and the closed-circuit test,the alumina content of the concentrate can reach 52.5%and the A/S can reach 8.37.The obtained aluminum concentrate is suitable for alumina production with the Bayer process.
